Visou Wrap Skirt

Cool black crepe fabric with white pinstripes that are tiny little sequins. The waistband is a black shimmer fabric with white top stitching. There are 2 snaps at the waistband so you can wear on your hip or waist depending on how you size. If you take your normal size it will sit at natural waist. Size up and you'll have a low waist skirt.
